O-KING Cage Type AS/RS System can be flexibly customized depending on the material storage needs of your company, with customizable layer spacing for placing boxed materials and expanded semi-finished products, etc. It can effectively resolve the problem of in-plant space constraints, with the human machine interface (HMI) panel allowing operators to set storage content, high-density management of materials, significantly reducing management difficulties.

Automatic Welding

O-KING’s Automatic Welding Line is composed of several welding workstations. Our experts can inspect your factory space and processing needs, and customize the automatic welding line to maximize the production capacity of your company. The whole production line can be increased by several workstations with additional mechanical welding or lifting arms, and the operators only need to be responsible for loading and unloading feeding materials, which can resolve the difficulties of labor recruitment and unstable factors of manual processing in traditional manufacturing industries, so that your company can have stable delivery time ensure high quality precision manufacturing while reducing costs and increasing production capacity.

Board Storage

The O-KING Board Type AS/RS System is flexible and customizable to the customer's needs. With up to 30 layers and 3 tons of load per layer, the whole system can store about 90 tons of board materials stacked with up to 30 types of board products, which can save up to 50% of storage space. With the optional weighing system, the human machine interface (HMI) can clearly indicate the quantity of board materials placed on each layer, and can also remotely check the storage status inside warehouses.
